Our Delivery service covers Australia and Tasmania Only.
When you order from us all you are paying for is the cost of the goods with no hidden extra's, however to offer this service Flylite has a minimum order amount of $70 to receive free delivery of your order.
For orders placed by 1pm we aim to dispatch on the day the order was placed. For metro locations orders placed by 1pm we aim to deliver the following day, for non metro and country locations we aim to deliver within 3 or 4 working days depending on the time of day your Order is placed*.
Deliveries will be made between 9.00AM - 5.00PM Monday to Friday and a signature will be required on receipt. Please note there will be no weekend or public holiday deliveries.
If for some reason We are unable to complete the delivery, a card will be left informing You that We called and advising You where the Products You ordered can be collected.
For all orders that do not meet the free freight minimum spend amount we will make a flat fee charge $9.95 for all standard products, for larger products that are over 55cm long we charge $16.95 and an additional $7.95 for each large product.
The progress of your Order can be tracked on the internet by following the link in the email we send you confirming despatch.
* For some Country and WA deliveries where stock is coming from our central distribution centre please allow a further 2 to 3 days for deliveries.
In the unlikely event that You are not completely satisfied with your purchases, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To make this process simple and easy we have two options for returning goods.
Returns to Store
We have an agreement with Strandbags which means any Items purchased from Us online can be returned to most of there stores within 30 days of receipt. You must have proof of purchase and the credit card You used to make the Online Purchase at the time of returning the goods. Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card which was used in the purchase transaction.
The store locator function can be used to find the most convenient store for You to return Your items. Based on the postcode submitted we will return the 5 closest stores where you can return your goods.
Returning via Australia Post
Items purchased from Us online can be returned via Australia Post within 30 days of receipt. If returning Your items via Australia Post, complete all relevant details on the Returns Slip, including the reason for return. Securely repack the items being returned in the original packaging and include the completed Returns Slip. The Returns Label received with Your order should be fixed over the original delivery label on the front of Your parcel.
Please ensure a Certificate of Posting is obtained when depositing Your parcel with Australia Post. This should be kept in a safe place as it bears a unique reference number which is used to trace Your parcel should it fail to be delivered to Us. We will be unable to make a refund in the event that Your parcel is lost without sighting Your Certificate of Posting.
Please note it may take up to 28 days for a return via Australia Post to be processed and We are unable to refund the cost of postage and packing for items deemed by You to be unsuitable.
